ABOUT US

VectorIQ is a veteran-owned, minority-owned AI consulting and development firm dedicated to helping enterprises harness the power of artificial intelligence. We specialize in Generative AI, large language model (LLM) integration, and custom AI solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable growth. With deep expertise across AI strategy, engineering, and implementation, our team works closely with forward-thinking organizations to build intelligent systems that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. From discovery to deployment, VectorIQ is your trusted partner in enterprise AI transformation.

OUR FOUNDER

VectorIQ is founded by Afshan Quarles, a U.S. Air Force, service-disabled, military veteran who served in Afghanistan, and spent 22 years navigating high-pressure environments where intelligence, adaptability, and trust were critical for survival. However her mission didn’t end when she left the Air Force—it evolved.

It deepened when she became acutely aware of how harnessing the power of AI can help her fellow veterans and the community with such things as improving business and helping with growing medical concerns. Afshan recognized the limitations of fragmented systems and outdated technologies—barriers that cost precious time and created deep emotional strain.

Afshan realized that technology, if built with intention, intelligence, and heart, could help bridge those gaps. She envisioned AI not just as a tool for business transformation, but as a force for human-centered change—especially for those who have served, sacrificed, or been overlooked. And so, VectorIQ was born—a company rooted in service, built on empathy, and driven by innovation.

From day one, the mission has been clear: to build intelligent systems that serve people first—especially the most vulnerable. VectorIQ creates AI solutions that are scalable and cutting-edge, but also deeply purposeful.

We're researching and building AI solutions with a focus on impact:

  • AI frameworks for enterprise innovation

  • Medical VR platforms for PTSD, Surgical training, and rehab support

  • Early intervention systems for medical concerns

  • Language translation tools for non-verbal and disabled veterans

  • Deep learning models to enhance care and accessibility across underserved communities.

VectorIQ continues to invest in research and development focused on veteran support, neurodiversity, and sustainable innovation. We partner with organizations that are ready to innovate with meaning—bringing intelligence to systems, and intention to impact.

Because to us, AI isn’t just artificial intelligence—it’s amplified impact. And that impact starts with the people who gave everything.
